- Security disclosures: we triage within four hours during business hours, twelve hours outside.
- Privacy / legal requests: per the timelines in our Privacy Policy (30 days for standard requests, 45 for complex ones, 72 hours for breach notices to controllers).
Where we work
We're a remote-first team distributed across the United States and Europe. We don't have a public-facing office. For legal correspondence requiring a mailing address, email legal@crazysound.ai and we'll provide a service-of-process address for your jurisdiction.
