Build the audio studio.

We're an early team building an AI audio studio that small businesses actually pay for. Real customers, real revenue, real product. Roles are remote-first, equity-heavy, and operate with the latitude of a founding-team environment because that's what they are.

What we're looking for

  • You ship. Not in months. Not in sprints. The unit of work here is the demo or the deploy.
  • You take a problem to the wall.Pricing model, tax compliance, FFmpeg bug at 2am, customer-support escalation: you own it end-to-end. No handoffs because there's no one to hand off to.
  • You write. Internal Slack messages, customer emails, marketing copy, code comments. The whole team reads everything.
  • You care about audio.The product is sound. If you can't hear the difference between a Spotify-ready master and a YouTube rip, you'll be unhappy here.

Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Remote · Americas or EU time zones · Full-time

Ship across the whole stack: Next.js on the edge, Postgres, audio pipelines, payment flows. You'll own features end-to-end, from the prompt input to the broadcast-ready WAV. Strong TypeScript, comfort with serverless, opinions about data modeling.

Founding Growth Engineer

Remote · Americas time zones preferred · Full-time

Marketing site, SEO surface, paid-acquisition instrumentation, landing-page A/B harness, content automation. You write code, you write copy, you read analytics. Half engineer, half growth marketer.

Founding AI / Audio Engineer

Remote · Any time zone · Full-time or contract

Own the script-generation and TTS quality. Prompt engineering, voice and style tuning, audio mixing, music-bed integration. Experience with LLMs in production and at least some signal-processing fluency (DAW, fft, ffmpeg). The kind of person who listens to a 30-second ad and can tell you what's wrong with the master.
